Rachel Khoo definitely puts cool back in the kitchen... She graduated from Central St Martins and went onto work for a luxury fashion brand before heading to the Cordon Bleu school in Paris to follow her culinary dreams. She is now a chef, writer and broadcaster and her third book 'The Little Paris Kitchen' is a delight, stuffed full of French classics from a Croque Madame to boeuf bourginon, crème brulee and tarte tatin. YUM!
